When you have made your booking with Jeneen hair and weddings a deposit of £50 will be required to hold your wedding date, this can be payed by cheque ( made payable to Jeneen Roberts) cash or by paypal ( address jeneenroberts@hotmail.com ) This deposit is non refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill when the total amount is collected on the day.

A trial is required and should take place aprox 1 month from the date of the wedding to discuss colours and styles and to see how you will look on the day. The trial fee will be charged in addition to the wedding day appointment.

I will be taking pictures during the trial/wedding appointments for my portfolio and website, If you do not wish your picture to appear on my website please let me know.

Cancellations:

If  you cancel our services within 8 weeks of the wedding date then a charge of 50% will be payable.  All cancellations must be in writing via email to which an invoice will be issued.

Travel and parking:

Travel within 1/2 hour is included in the cost, travel over 1/2 hour are as follows:

up to 1 hour £15

1 -1 1/2  hours £25

When appointments are carried out in areas subjected to controlled parking the customer is required to obtain all required permits. If these are not given the customer becomes responsible for any parking fees, fines, or permits incurred whilst the appointment is in progress.

Payment:

Payment is due on day of appointment, to be payed by cash or cheque with valid bankers card

Hair Extensions:

Please call to discuss the look you are aiming for, If you want to go ahead with this service an appointment will be made to colour match your hair and to see how many extensions are needed to give you a final cost. A 50% deposit will be required at this appointment to secure the appointment date and to cover the cost of the hair. This service will take a long time, please allow a full day.
